She became an excellent sounding board through negotiations of the offer and the entire closing process, often walking the fine line of pushing the buyers but not scaring them away. Since I travel a lot for work, Leslie was able to step in to manage repair work, staging ideas, and even the relocation of my furniture. Leslie is great. I've bought two homes with her, one in Beverly Grove and the other in Silver Lake. She is very responsive and very knowledgeable about the area. I've talked to some realtors who tell you every house is great just so they can make a quick commission and move on down the road. That's not Leslie. She's talked me out of a mistake or two. She's very knowledgeable about the market which is important when making your initial offer and your best and final offer if there are multiple offers. Leslie is very effective in negotiating credits after your offer is accepted. She doesn't disappear after the sale either, she's helped us find good people to do repairs and remodels for both houses. Leslie is the best.
